I agree - remarkably honest (and frightening) documentation of rust.

The $2000 bid to date is for the two red handled screwdrivers, not the car.

the cost of buckets is rising.

this car has been for sale on maryland craigslist for more than a year @ $4995. It is looking like that as time marches on 5k to 7 k is going to be the new realistic price for a parts car or non cost effective resto project. We have seen 3 cars like this sell recently on ebay and CL for around 7k including the hack mechanics car and that white one in OK. 2k to 3k parts cars are becoming harder to find as well as cars that are worth restoring for under 10k. this just boosts the prices of these cars overall which is not a bad thing .

Wow, if you buy it gently bubble wrap it. If you drive it and hit speed bump or a pot hole you'll probably leave half the car on the road.
