from a cosmetic standpoint, I powder coated the air box and (with coaching from HBChris) had all the grey parts tumbled and clear coated. The valve cover was painted with a wrinkle finish then the high points were polished. Vintage Sports refreshed the engine bay and HBChris helped me with placement of all under hood stickers

Yeah when I had it repaired I thought it too nice to paint so I just keep it au natureal with some wax, I do catch some heat for it occasionally :cool:

nice steve! but that expansion tank it too blingy - paint is satin black o_O

Wing nuts on the Weber jet covers aren't lined up... that's a deduct. :)

...amazing...it makes my engine bay look downright amateurish...

I really need to step up my game and repaint the engine bay

Wow... Filter screws and clamps all 100%

Very nice.

It is a disease... I polished the oil cap one evening on the bench. Polish marks all in one direction? I installed it and they were 90 degrees to the line of the valve cover.... I re did it. :)
