These are for vintage collectors that want the old school vintage look WITH ALL THE RIGHT DATES from back in the day when Webers were made in Italy. they are in super nice shape and have not been on a car since 1995 and have been stored inside the venturi's are perfectly clean and Look unused , all levers are free moving and shafts are tight and with no wobble, butterflys close tight and there is almost no ring on the venturi inside seating area indicating very little use. These are hard to find and are not like the new shiney Redlines I understand!! but if date and period correct are what you desire then these are worth it the way they are as they came off a 2002 and have the linkage and intakes from the 2002 setup . I will sell individually if you want $700

You've said in the original post that these are hard to find so getting one that matches with same progression hole model # and condition is more than a stretch. GLWS.

yep i have but find one more and you have yourself a cs set up

Karnut... my old Weber book shows these 40DCOE 2 carbs were originally on Alfas up to about 1560cc. Not to say they couldn't be jetted to run on a 1990cc M10, and I'm sure they were before someone pulled this set. ...curiousity would have wonder what jets are in these now?

Definitely put them on FAQ... that's a decent price for a complete set-up; someone will grab them.
