Motorsport has lost another one of its trailblazers this week.
I am not sure how many people around the world might have heard of her , but she was ahead of the curve throughout her career and achieved some great success in her mostly rallying career.
Among other achievements she also set the Irish land speed record in a v12 jaguar in 1978.
She was a great driver and always seemed to be a really genuine and nice person.
