Restoring under dash panels?

Looking for some collective wisdom on gluing the glove box and other under dash panels back to the metal support structure when it delaminates.

Was considering black polyurethane...

That would probably work ok, Thinking back I seem to remember using a construction adhesive on mine (the brown stuff in the cardboard tubes with a nossel, sure you will have something like this in your country?), What ever you use don't use a glue that dries rock hard (like a resin) they don't tend to stick to the steel frame very well and will let go eventually

Gorilla glue

Execmalibu (Jeff) said he used Gorilla glue when I asked him last week.

Thanks guys- this feedback reinforces my thought about using a flexible adhesive.
