My goal with the Luigi CSL has been to return it to its 1976 championship winning form. I have always been bothered with the stack dash that was put in the car during its 1991-92 rebuild:
Terry Forland was able to find a period magazine called, "Autohebbo: Tour de Corse" that had an article on my car, complete with a closeup shot of the dash:
From this image Jim and Terry were able to restore the dash to its original look. The only difference will remain the steering wheel:
The car is now ready for Monterey. We will be running it at the Portland Historics the weekend of July 11-13 as the final test before the Rolex Reunion.
