Just trying to get this "junker" safe for my son to drive- questions;

Can I use FI hose to go from the brake reservoir to the clutch master or is that a no no?

The carpet (1988) is molded with lots of additional padding stuck to it, is there a common replacement for this - where would someone order this carpet?

Looking for seats for the front, tan is good but if the inside looks like a Doberman then my son can live with it. I posted the seat request in WTB section.

No cannot use FI hose for that, you need hose that is brake fluid compatible, the blue stuff that BMW sells is the best. Esty on the carpet or maybe Rock Auto if you want something new but cheap, got a one piece from them a few years ago for a 2002, not the best but it looked OK
