Beautiful country and people. Amazing history too. I went during the rainy season and was surprised at how green and lush the landscape gets.
Why Dan?
Thought it was in good taste as the whole country is Nat Geo top to bottom. 3 weeks there gave us an opportunity to see some very different life styles. The people were as sweet as can be and in their own way very bright. As has been said, the country is beautiful. We stayed as high as 12,000 feet and as low as sea level and in between. Historically, it easily has records dating back to the Queen of Sheba . Orthodox Ethiopian Christianity is also a very interesting religion that dates back almost to Sheba and the sites involving it are amazing
