Like I was telling HBChris on another thread I took my son's E36 for an overdue refresh after a few years of getting the abuse of street parking in the Mission. And as I said with the positive attitude of an endorphin rich diet the body shop works wonders. Check out the italian tuneup on the way back home. For the experts deduce what gear the car is being driven in the picture.

Experts failed me...
It is actually 5th gear, but body shops always mess up something and now the tacho needle has an offset of 3k RPM....
Any ideas? It shows 3k with the engine off. Can it be the needle rotated?
