i need to replace the air filter on my csl as part of getting it back on the road after 5 years.

my question is: is there an upgrade to improve this part, either a k&n or pipercross part, or has anyone improved performance by using some form of induction kit ?

any comments appreciated

k & N air filter

not sure if you're carb or fi, but if fi, the k&n cold air intake filter fits nicely on our cars. here is the one i bought, 100 bucks on amazon.com : http://www.amazon.com/RC-5052AB-Univ...8913901&sr=1-5.

i also ordered the universal mounting kit, and you can see from the pics that it mounts nicely using the existing post/bushing from the oem air filter.

perf improved slightly, but the REAL pay-off is that it almost sounds like a carb'd car when you stomp on it. worth every penny just for that. :-D
