Help identifying gear shift knob.

Hi Guys,
I just brought a new wood Nardi Steering wheel and am looking to get a nice wood shift knob. I'm looking for the one shown in this photo:

Does anyone know what this one is?

Thanks so much. Is this a reproduction from customwoodshiftknobs or is it something else?

How much do you want for it?

i believe it's original 70's equipment... it either came from a
'71 2002 or a '67 2000tilux... i have a brake handle, too

It appears to be a stock CSL knob. It may have been on others also?
