Need a set of new boots. (The old XWXs are just a bit too old)
In the UK the choice is very limited if you want to stay on 195 70 14 size.
Vredesteins would seem to offer a good compromise. Any comments or suggestions.

In germany there is additionally Maxxis available.
But not more.

Here we are allowed to drive alternatively 205/70R14V.
Same tire manufacturers.

Oddly the maxxis in 205 70 14 is available in the UK. I have Alpina 7in rims and the 195 did look a bit snug on them, more suited to the OE 6 rims?
So, the 205 is an option, any comments on the Maxxis MA1-P1
I certainly like the price of the compared to the fabulously expensive Michelins!!!!

I run 225 x 60 x 14 on my Alpina rims.
BF Goodrich makes this size and are essentially Michelin tyres.
I did roll the fender lips.
