Hey guys, I decided to do a Turbo S52 engine on my 73 3.0cs. I bought the car a few months ago and has someone years ago did the swap, #.5 motor, 5 Speed, Electronic Ignition, Dual Downdraft weber carbs.

Engine runs strong. I drove the car to work everyday for two months about 100 miles a day.

If someone wants to buy it before I pull it out the car will be great this way you can see it running and actually drive the car. I'm in Westchester, N.Y ( 20 minutes from Danbury CT) and car will be at shop in stamford in about 3 weeks

Please text me for pictures, Don't know how to load them here. ( or if someone can post them for me I can text them)

Asking price: $1800 for Engine and drive train. Pick up only, Not willing to ship

I will also have a set of 14" alpina wheels for sale.

914 8307566

Thank you.
Willy

There are 4 different big six 3.5 engines not counting the M engines.
Which one are you offering?

It appears we are looking at a rare desirable m90 engine. With the 5 speed thrown in it is a very nice package.
Compression test, road test and take it home.

Hey guys, I did manage to get some #s from the engine: 1 304 47 3

Does that makes any sense?

Also, Just posted a video on Instagram of the engine running, Look for @OLD_JDM

Would sell it faster if you ran a comp test on it.

Too late now?

Ditto if you were willing to put it all on a pallet and ship it out.

So given that the motor is out of car, what leak down or compression test can be run, and are there special procedures? This would be useful info for all who may consider freestanding engine...

I'm sure I can still do a leak down test

Yes, one wire to the battery/starter and a little jumper to the solenoid and you can crank the motor.

Cheers
