The hub is Momo as is the horn button. Came off my old coupe. The wheel looks like a Momo, but I have learned that it is a Ruspa wheel, made in Torino Italy in 1981. It has some cracks on the side, which are not really visible once installed. All three for 100 dollars. Basically the wheel is free.
