I'm looking to replace my shock absorbers front and back. I'm hoping to lower both slightly aswell, as my ride height is a little bit high at the moment, but i don't want them to be too hard, hopefully the same firmness of ride that you get with the stock CSL shocks.

Can anyone please suggest what the best shocks for me would be?

cheers.

I have Bilstein HD (not Sport) shocks with ST lowering springs and 16" Alpina rims. I would call it firm on good roads and harsh on rough ones but love the handling.

The shocks themselves won't lower your ride height and as far as ride quality compared to CSL - perhaps someone else can help with that info.
